Our vacation park is situated in the heart of the picturesque landscape of Teutoburger Forest. The 30 vacation houses and 4 vacation apartments are located beautifully on a natural terrain. Directly next to the park there are numerous hiking and biking trails. An outdoor swimming pool is only 170 meters away from the park and a bakery, several restaurants and supermarkets are also within easy reach.

The two-storey cottages offer plenty of space for up to 9 people. They have 3-4 bedrooms, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a dining area and a living room. Invite your friends and family, children, grandparents, aunts, uncles and your dogs and enjoy an exiting stay close to nature including long evenings by the fireplace or barbecuehappenings on your own terrace. Experience an unforgettable time in the nature vacation park and feel like at home!

family Holiday

Have a great nature holiday with the your family. Our houses have space for groups of up to 9 people. The area around the holiday Park offers plenty of leisure activities for families!

Active Holiday

If you want to have fun and action in your vacation, come to visit us! Here you’ll find a paradise for hiking and cycling, for swimming and kayaking, for climbing and nordic walking!

dog friendly

Dogs are welcome! The park has plenty of space and a large meadow to play. The hiking trails in the area invite you to long walks with your dog in beautiful surroundings.

Holiday Cottages

2-9 people can stay in our holiday homes. On 80m² there are 3-4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living/dining area.

1-5 people can stay in our apartments. The apartments start from 62sqm and go up to 72sqm, with 1-2 bedrooms and their own terrace!

Hiking

In the surroundings of Nieheim you will find a hiking paradise. The network of hiking trails around the town is more than 130 kilometers long with idyllic paths. In addition, Nieheim is a climatic health resort. Hiking trails in a nature with high air quality places you in a „Vital-Wander-World“ with healing power to mind & body.

cycling

Cyclists will find many beautiful and well-marked cycle paths around the holiday park. Most of the routes are slightly hilly (not too steep) and well rideable. Visit unusual art objects on your path like the well preserved houses of local known poets from the 18th century or the famous Externsteine. Or you just take a deserved break at one of the idyllic restaurants along the way. Whatever activity level you choose, you can park your bike directly at the holiday house and charge your e-bike.

Nordic walking

The hiking trails invite you to idyllic Nordic walking tours. The paths start right at the front door! With this activity you can keep fit and enjoy nature at the same time! After a long walking tour its time to relax on the terrace or fire up for a babecue.

Swimming

The Nieheim in- and outdoor pool is just 170 meters from the park. If you prefer a dip in natures best waters there are also many bathing lakes in the area.

canoe tours

Two canoe rentals offer their services nearby. Beautiful panorama sights makes canuing on the river ‘Weser‘ a spectacular ride. Along the river you’ll find many sites to take a break!

climbing

In two climbing centers you will find different offers of climbing courses. They look forward to accomodate both children and adults!
